Window Ware joins Women in Fenestration Network

Window Ware has announced its official role as a Founding Corporate Member of the Women in Fenestration Network (WFN).
As a business that values diversity, professional growth, and inclusion, Window Ware says it was thrilled to support an initiative dedicated to connecting, empowering, and championing women across our industry.
Joining WFN is said to be a natural step forward in the company’s ongoing commitment to building a progressive, collaborative, and long-term future for the fenestration sector.
Real-world engagement and learning
The Window Ware team has already been actively benefiting from the WFN’s programme of professional development, networking, and training.
From regional ‘Lunch & learn’ events and industry conversations to getting hands-on with practical window installation on Building Our Skills training days, the team has enthusiastically engaged with a range of events to broaden their skills and gain a deeper, well-rounded perspective that helps Window Ware better support customers and understand their day-to-day challenges.
Crucially, team members are also taking part as both mentors and mentees – sharing their own experiences to support others, while gaining valuable guidance, confidence, and fresh insight to help them achieve their career goals.
Sam Nuckey, Managing Director of Window Ware, said: “For Window Ware, becoming a founding corporate member of the Women in Fenestration Network is about backing the people who will help move our industry forward.”
She added: “Ultimately, if we want our industry to thrive, we must find ways to attract young people into the sector, proactively champion top-tier talent and open doors for the right individuals, no matter who they are.
“This network shares that exact mindset ensuring that actual and perceived barriers are removed to create development and career progression that benefits everyone. We are excited to be a part of the journey from the outset.”
Sarah Ball, Co-Founder of the Women in Fenestration Network, added: “It’s great to have Window Ware as one of our founding corporate members.
“We’ve really enjoyed seeing the Window Ware team get involved in WFN, from attending events to supporting our training and development activities.
“Having businesses that understand the value of bringing people together and are prepared to put their support behind it makes a real difference.
“We want WFN to make a lasting difference to our industry, and having companies like Window Ware alongside us helps us make that happen.”
