GRM Windows Owner riding high after 440km bike ride

GRM Windows Owner and Managing Director Richard Gambling has recently undertook an enormous challenge, by riding 440km from GRM supplier REHAU’s production facility in Blaenau, down to the REHAU warehouse in Runcorn, through the mid-Wales recycling centre, and then via the REHAU head office in Ross-On-Wye, finishing all the way down at the GRM Windows factory in Pontyclun.
Richard completed his incredible 440km bike ride after 45 hours, with his determination and endurance amassing an impressive £4000 for Velindre Cancer Centre. This £4000 has since raised to £4,195 following this mammoth effort.
Velindre, the Hospital of Hope, has been providing specialist treatment and supportive care to cancer patients and families for over 65 years.
Money raised for Velindre Charity helps fund ground breaking research and clinical trials, cutting edge treatments, specialist nurses, support services, therapies, equipment and so much more which are above those provided by the NHS – so donations really do have a significant impact on patients and their families.
