Dom Francis To Take on Tough Mudder Challenge for Charity

On 26 July, Dom Francis of Trade Window Centre, alongside other members of the UKO Group, will be taking on mud, sweat, and over 12 demanding obstacles as part of the Tough Mudder 5K.
Set against the stunning backdrop of the Broughton Hall Estate in Yorkshire, Dom’s goal is to raise vital funds for his chosen charity this year, Weston Park Cancer Charity in Sheffield.
While the 5K may be shorter in distance, the challenge is no less fierce. The course features ice-cold water, teamwork-based hurdles, and Tough Mudder’s signature muddy mayhem – all designed to test strength, resilience, and determination.
“I’ve not been personally affected by cancer, but I know how many people’s lives it touches every day,” said Dom.
“Weston Park Cancer Charity does amazing work supporting patients and families, and I wanted to do something meaningful to help contribute to that.”
Training is underway with plenty of running and mental prep to get ready for the physical (and messy) challenge ahead.
