Charlotte Maynard-Keene takes up new challenge at ThinkivityAI

Charlotte Maynard-Keene discusses her career-to-date, having recently joined ThinkivityAI as National Account Manager.
“I’ve spent the last 13 years of my career in the glazing industry, working in hardware.
“It’s been a fantastic journey and I’ve been lucky enough to build some great relationships along the way.
“I’d like to think people know me as someone who enjoys solving problems, looks after customers and is always focused on finding the best outcome.
“For me, now felt like the right time for a new challenge. Looking at the industry, I felt too much attention was being given to saving pennies when the real opportunity is to save pounds by transforming the way businesses operate.
“That’s what really attracted me to Thinkivity. Through AI-driven innovation, businesses have the potential to reduce costs by up to 75% while improving efficiency and the way they workday to day.
“I believe Thinkivity is doing something genuinely unique for our industry, and I wanted to be part of driving that change rather than simply following the trends.
“The relationships I’ve built over the years are incredibly important to me, and I’m looking forward to helping customers embrace new knowledge and process improvements that can make a real difference to their businesses.
“When I first saw The Glazing Hub, it was the scope of what was being built that really stood out.
“Even at this early stage, it’s clear it has the potential to improve day-to-day operations, streamline processes and save businesses money. And from what I’ve seen so far, this is only the beginning.
“Customers can expect honesty, enthusiasm, a driven approach and plenty of support as they begin exploring the opportunities AI can bring.
“I’m genuinely excited to be part of the growth of Thinkivity from the very beginning, helping spread the word and playing my part in what I believe is a very exciting future for our industry.”
