Forza Doors grows senior team with two new appointments

Forza Doors has expanded its senior team with two new appointments, which it says will strengthen its relationships with the architect and design community, and to support commercial growth.
Anthony Kennedy joins the bespoke timber fire doors and joinery manufacturer in Partridge Green as Specification Manager, with Anthony joining from architectural ironmongery specialists Franchi, and previous experience at Allgood.
His appointment is said to marks Forza Doors’ first dedicated role focused on the architect and design community, opening a new route to market for the business and representing a key milestone in its long-term growth strategy.
Ricky Thomas joins as Head of Commercial, a newly created role leading the internal sales and estimating teams across the UK. He reportedly brings more than 20 years’ experience across commercial operations, estimating and delivery within construction and specialist manufacturing.
This appointment is said to build on Forza Doors’ recent expansion into the Midlands and the North of England, after it scaled its dedicated commercial team based in Birmingham as part of its long-term growth strategy.
Will Hunnam, managing director at Forza Doors, said: “Our new hires in Sussex and Birmingham will help us build deeper relationships with the architecture and design community, strengthen our commercial pipeline and support our expansion across the Midlands and the North.
“Anthony’s extensive experience in architectural ironmongery means we can engage with specifiers at the earliest stages of design and ensure compliance is built in from the outset, while Ricky will be pivotal in building high-performing teams that drive exceptional customer service.
“Combined with our refreshed brand and ongoing investment in our people and technical capability, this expansion reinforces our position as a manufacturer and employer of choice.”
Founded in 2010, Forza Doors has grown from a team of 12 to over 240 employees and has built a strong reputation for fire safety, technical expertise and production efficiency.
In the last financial year, the business achieved a 14% increase in annual revenue and made significant investment in future growth, alongside a comprehensive brand refresh to strengthen its position with architects, contractors and developers.
