Lucie Miller appointed UCD Regional Sales Manager

Lucie Miller has joined Universal Composite Doors (UCD) as its new Regional Sales Manager for the South, bringing over 12 years of experience in the industry into the role. Here, she discusses her appointment, her aims, and what it means to be part of the UCD team.

With many years of experience selling high‑quality doors, I’ve always believed that “old ways won’t open new doors” — and it was time for me to start opening a few of my own.

“Today, I proudly represent UCD across the Southeast, supporting installers and trade partners with reliable, high‑performance composite door solutions. My role sits at the heart of the trade: building strong, long‑term relationships that help installers grow through consistent supply, product confidence, and commercial support that genuinely makes a difference.

“More than sales, my work is about partnership. I take the time to understand the real challenges installers face — on site, operationally and commercially — and offer practical solutions that help improve efficiency, margins and customer satisfaction.

“With a background in commercial sales and account management within construction and fenestration, I bring a grounded, relationship‑first approach. By working closely with installers, fabricators and trade professionals, I help ensure smoother project delivery, dependable supply, and informed product choices.

“Above all, I’m passionate about supporting trade professionals who take pride in what they do — helping them win more business, deliver quality installations, and build lasting customer relationships.”
