Finesse Windows’ Macie Rostill wins Young Achiever of the Year

Finesse Windows is delighted to announce that its very own Macie Rostill has been named Young Achiever of the Year at the 10th annual Birmingham Awards, held at the prestigious Eastside Rooms on Saturday 19 October 2025.
This achievement was said to not only highlight Macie’s dedication and talent, but also reflects the values and ambition driving Finesse Windows forward.
The Birmingham Awards, now in their tenth year, celebrate the city’s most inspiring individuals and businesses across a broad range of sectors. This year’s ceremony was a glittering occasion, bringing together over 500 guests from Birmingham’s vibrant business, arts, and community scenes. Hosted by TV personality Sameena Ali-Khan, the evening was a showcase of the city’s diverse talent and spirit.
Finesse Windows says Macie’s journey at the company has been nothing short of inspiring. Joining the company as an apprentice, her commitment to excellence and customer service reportedly quickly set her apart.
Her role has expanded from learning and supporting the installation team to now running her own installation team. The company says winning Young Achiever of the Year is a testament to her passion, professionalism, and the positive impact she’s had on both the team and its customers who took the time to vote for her.
The awards night also saw several other high-profile winners. Among the most moving moments was the posthumous Lifetime Achievement Award for music legend Ozzy Osbourne, accepted by his daughter Kelly Osbourne, who paid tribute to her father’s Birmingham roots and enduring legacy.
Other notable winners included the team at Acorns Children’s Hospice, recognised for its outstanding contribution to the community, and Aston Villa Foundation, awarded for their work in promoting sports and wellbeing across the city.
Macie’s success was celebrated by colleagues and industry peers alike. Speaking after the ceremony, she said: “I’m incredibly honoured to receive this award. I’m grateful to the Finesse Windows team for their support and to everyone who has helped me on my journey. Birmingham is a fantastic city full of opportunity, and I’m proud to play my part in its future.”
Finesse Windows says it is proud to foster young talent and is committed to supporting the next generation of industry leaders. It said Macie’s achievement is a shining example of what’s possible with hard work, dedication, and a passion for making a difference.
“Congratulations, Macie – you have made us all proud!”, the company concluded.
