Solar Norvik Celebrates Keepmoat Charity Golf Day Win

Manufacturer and installer of windows and doors specialising in the new-build developer market, Solar Norvik is happy to share that its team, led by Chris Swift, took first place at the inaugural Keepmoat West Yorkshire Charity Golf Day, held Wednesday, 3 September, at The Manor Golf Club in Drighlington.
The charity golf day brought together Housebuilder Keepmoat’s Yorkshire West Commercial team, subcontractors, and partners for a day of friendly competition and fundraising. Thanks to the generosity of attendees, an impressive £4,000 was raised in support of Happy Days, a Halifax-based charity that helps people experiencing homelessness or crisis live independent and purposeful lives. Funds will also benefit Smart Move, another local initiative providing vital community support.
Chris Swift, Contracts Office Manager at Solar Norvik said: “It was a fantastic day of sport and collaboration, and we’re really happy to have taken home the win. But more important than the trophy is the chance to contribute to such worthwhile causes. Supporting organisations like Happy Days and Smart Move is what makes events like this so rewarding.”
Laura from Happy Days joined the celebration and shared an inspiring overview of the charity’s mission and achievements, underscoring the positive impact of the day’s efforts.
The Solar Norvik team sends a big thank-you to Keepmoat for hosting the event and to every participant and donor who helped make the Golf Day a resounding success.
