PiGs Birmingham 2025: A night of networking success

The first PiGs event of 2025 was a resounding success, with nearly 250 from the glazing sector descending on Birmingham for a night of networking and building and maintaining connections throughout the fenestration supply chain.
The PiGs networking events are well-known throughout the industry for being a chance to catch up with old connections, and make a host of new ones, and after record number attended in 2024, this was their first time to get together in 2025, and numbers did not disappoint.
The events offer a relaxed atmosphere where you can connect with others over a drink and some great food. And for people in the industry, they are completely FREE to attend.
Pre-registration for the event was high, with 195 in total pre-registering, but in fact many more turned up on the night.
Sarah Ball, Sty Master at PiGs, was in buoyant mood following the event.
She said: “We were expecting a busy first event of the year, but it was great to see so many people turn up on the night, even if it meant a slightly longer wait for a drink!
“It was also fantastic to see so many there for the first time, and others that hadn’t been for a while.
“We can’t put on these legendary events without the generosity of our sponsors, which means they remain free to attend. So a huge thank you to those that supported the event.”
Attention now turns to the FIT Show at the end of April, where PiGs will be hosting a Wednesday evening celebration at the event (30 April), alongside the Glass and Glazing Federation (GGF), FENSA and Business Pilot.
