Two PiGs in a Pod – Laura Molineux and Kelly Easthope
In this episode, we speak to Laura Molineux and Kelly Easthope of award-winning Hayley Windows Design and Installation.
Laura discusses taking over from her dad Mike after a career that began in London in estate agency, how it feels to be a woman-owned company with Kelly, and whether they feel like role models for the next generation of women coming into the industry.
Plus, as winners of the Best Installation – Residential (up to £20,000) GGP Installer Award, they explain their delight at the win, and how important it is for them as a company to get involved with local charity fundraisers and events, and how that led to Laura nearly taking a local residents plant!
And of course, we play our quickfire question round, where we find out both Kelly and Laura’s go-to karaoke song, first gigs and their favourite places to visit.
