Zac Nedimovic joins BDC Aluminium as Sales Manager

BDC Aluminium has appointed Zac Nedimovic as its new Group Aluminium Sales Manager, bringing with him over two decades of industry experience across manufacturing, installation and sales.
Zac’s career in fenestration began in 2003 when he developed hands-on experience across PVC-U and aluminium systems.
Starting on the shop floor after university, he was directly involved in the production of windows, doors and composite products. This early experience laid the foundations for his deep technical understanding and commitment to quality and precision.
He later progressed into sales and commercial roles. This culminated in a sales director position at a national manufacturer where he spent 15 years leading commercial strategy, developing key accounts and driving growth across the trade.
Zac went on to run his own installation business, supplying and installing glazing products for homeowners and small and medium-sized builders.
This experience is said to have gave him a full understanding of the day-to-day operational pressures faced by installers – from surveying and installation to scheduling, team management and order processing.
In his new role at BDC Aluminium, Zac will reportedly enhance the company’s position within the aluminium market, focusing particularly on strengthening customer relationships and driving sustainable growth.
BDC Aluminium says a key objective is to ensure that internal systems and processes effectively support customers, while developing a clear market proposition based on premium products backed by exceptional service.
The company said Zac is passionate about delivering quality, both in product and service, and is committed to building long-term customer relationships through reliability and consistency.
Commenting on his appointment, Zac said: “I’m really excited to be joining BDC Aluminium at such an important stage in its growth.
“As soon as I spoke to BDC’s CEO, Stephen Nadin, this was a role that stood out. It offers the opportunity to be part of a business with a clear vision, strong backing, and the ambition to set new standards – all of which I couldn’t ignore.
“What really attracted me was the alignment around delivering a truly premium product alongside a genuinely high level of service, combined with the marketing support that sits behind it. There’s real scope here to build something special – a brand that leads from the front, supports its customers properly, and gives them the tools to grow.
“I’m looking forward to playing a key role in that journey and to driving BDC forward.”
