Unique Window Systems celebrates 20th anniversary

Unique Window Systems has marked the completion of its 20th anniversary in business, reflecting on a period of sustained growth, strategic investment and continuing commercial success.

As the company moves into its 21st year, its commitment to delivering quality, reliability and innovation at every stage of the customer journey is said to remain unchanged.

The fabricator of aluminium and PVC-U windows, doors and curtain walling has reportedly evolved significantly in recent years.

It attributes this sustained evolution to its ability to remain agile, responsive and entrepreneurial, even as its operations continue to scale. This approach has helped to drive strong performance with turnover more than doubling since 2020.

The company’s 20th year is said to have been particularly significant, marked by a series of strategic milestones.

Among them was the acquisition of the assets of AluFold Direct, which strengthened Unique’s aluminium offering and expanded its capability to support increasingly complex project requirements.

Investment in people has also been a key focus with several key appointments made during the year to strengthen sales and commercial functions. Another key priority has been product development with the fabricator launching new aluminium heritage doors and a new generation of its UniFold bifold doors.

Unique says it has also continued to build on its reputation within the commercial sector during its 20^th year, reaching the milestone of delivering more than 1,000 new build and commercial projects to date. These include a wide range of developments from large scale residential schemes to complex multi-occupancy buildings.

In addition, Unique has maintained its commitment to community initiatives, continuing its support for projects such as DIY SOS and acting as a main sponsor for the upcoming Pro Con Leicestershire Awards. These awards celebrate excellence in construction, property and the built environment across Leicestershire and Rutland.
