In the latest episode, host George sits down with Window Ware Co-Owners, Managing Director Sam Nuckey, and Customer Operations and Marketing Director, Sarah Binns!

Sam and Sarah discuss their careers within the fenestration industry, including joining Window Ware, before a Management Buy Out (MBO) in 2022, which led to them becoming Co-Owners alongside Richard Bryant.

They explain the highs and lows of the MBO, the proudness of being “local people owning a local company” and what the future holds as the celebrate three years since the acquisition, including upcoming investments.

Sam also speaks about being part of PiGs’ ‘Machu PiGchu’ challenge next year, explaining how it came about, nerves and excitement at the trek, and what it means to be fundraising for Harry’s Pals.
