He explains what makes each brand unique, how do they complement one another, and the excitement alongside difficulties of working across multiple brands.
Mike also provides information about customer expectations and how important customer service is to the companies, plus how homeowners’ buying habits are changing.
Mike also takes part in our quick fire question round, explaining his love for Norwich City FC, one thing he can’t live without, and inspirational people he’s met which have really shaped his career.
