Shauna and Lee discusses their roles within the company, with Lee’s role as a marketing apprentice and Shauna the Marketing Manager, and their initial impressions of the industry as a whole.
They discuss wanting to stand out as a different sort of company, doing things differently, such as setting up a TikTok page.
They also explain how being a younger generation can help bring new customers to the business.
Shauna also explains how she deals with being a woman within a mainly male-dominated industry, including being confident in your own ability.
Lee and Shauna also take part in our quickfire question round, letting us know their most-used emoji, go-to office snack, and what the future looks like for them as individuals and as a company.
