In this episode we speak to Elton Boocock, MD of Business Pilot, a CRM software company specifically designed for installation firms within the glazing and fenestration sector to manage all parts of the business. We discuss how Elton ‘fell’ into the glazing industry after a chance meeting with two future business partners after a career in marketing, how we can professionalise the industry even further, plus his love of PiGs and how welcoming our sector was for him.
