Tradeglaze celebrates two Team Members of the Year

Tradeglaze has announced its 2025 Team Members of the Year, recognising its installers Ady Roberts and Jason Emslie for what the company says was their “exceptional workmanship, professionalism and customer-first approach”.
Tradeglaze’s award-winning installers are said to be renowned across the region for quality installations delivered to consistently high standards.
All fitting teams are trained to the industry’s highest standards including Site Safety Awareness, Manual Handling, PASMA mobile access tower training, and IPAF powered access training, ensuring that every installation – be it one door or a complex multi-million-pound development – not only meets building regulations but is also carried out with the utmost regard for health and safety.
‘Attention to detail and a customer-first mindset’
Throughout 2025, Tradeglaze said Ady and Jason stood out for their dedication, attention to detail and customer-first mindset. The company said their outstanding work has been repeatedly highlighted in customer feedback, with homeowners praising not only the quality of the finished installation, but also the care and respect shown in their homes. Feedback included:
- ” Ady and Jason did an outstanding job, the standard of finish was brilliant. We are absolutely delighted with the finished job. “
- ” We are genuinely thrilled with our windows, our doors, and the craftsmanship from Ady and Jason. “
- ” Ady and Jason were absolutely exceptional – tidy, respectful, careful with our property and genuinely invested in getting the finish right. Ady checked in constantly to make sure we were happy, especially with the final details. The new flush-casement windows have transformed our home; they keep the character alive while finally giving us warmth, security and quality that our old single-glazed wooden frames couldn’t. The house feels revived. “
Shaun Hart, Installations Manager at Tradeglaze Group, commented: “Our installation teams go through a rigorous training schedule, because we know that when customers choose Tradeglaze – and our retail company Jackson Windows – they expect the highest standards. Ady and Jason are consistently commended for their professionalism, the exceptional quality of their work, and how respectful they are around our customers’ properties.”
He added: “I am very proud of Ady and Jason for earning the Team Members of the Year award. They are brilliant team players, always willing to go the extra mile and support others. They work to a busy and demanding schedule, fitting a wide range of projects – from large-scale newbuild developments to sensitive refurbishments of historic properties.
“The role is physically demanding and often carried out in challenging weather conditions, but Ady and Jason take great pride in every project, knowing that each installation makes a real difference to our customers by improving energy efficiency, safety and the overall look of their homes.”
2026
Looking ahead, 2026 is said to be an exciting year for Tradeglaze. With the launch of many new and innovative products, from luxury front doors to an upgraded sliding sash window, the group remains focused on helping customers transform their homes through improved performance, design and sustainability.
Tradeglaze says Ady and Jason will play a key role in bringing these new solutions to life, installing them with the skill, care and craftsmanship that continues to deliver outstanding results for customers.
Tradeglaze said it is proud to have them as part of the team and looks ahead to another successful year as the group of companies continues to grow and support more trade, commercial and domestic customers across the region.
