RW Simon announces strategic restructure

Following the retirement of Steve Wright from his role as General Manager of the Plastics Division, RW Simon has implemented a strategic restructuring to support the continued growth and efficiency of the business.
Lee Manton, previously General Manager of the Ventilation Division, has been appointed General Manager of RW Simon, taking overall responsibility for all operational areas across the company.
Declan Tattersall has progressed from Tooling Engineer to Business Development Manager, with responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, and providing technical support to customers.
In addition, Declan will engage with prospective customers and manage projects from initial concept through validation and into full production.
Pete Young will continue in his role as Production Manager, taking on increased responsibility for continuous improvement initiatives and material procurement.
Andrew Gordon has been promoted from Senior Processing Engineer to Production Engineering Manager, where he will oversee the day‑to‑day running of the moulding division while continuing to lead key engineering projects within the business.
RW Simon says it is proud to promote talent from within and remains committed to providing opportunities for employee development and progression.
These changes will reportedly help streamline operations, strengthen collaboration across the business, and ensure the continued, reliable supply of high‑quality products to our long‑standing customers.
