PiGs on the road: Women in Fenestration Lunch and Learn

Women in Fenestration Lunch and Learn 2026

On 22 September, Women in Fenestration Network (WFN) held its first lunch and learn at the Glass and Glazing Federation (GGF) head office in London.

Charlotte Haslam delivered the first Lunch and Learn workshop, which was all about confidence and imposter syndrome.

Rachael Lewis, Events and Content Coordinator at PiGs AKA People in Glazing Society, was one of the attendees, and enjoyed hearing from Charlotte.

She said: “I was delighted to be asked to go to London for the first Lunch and Learn. Charlotte Haslam of Charlotte Haslam Coaching led an interesting session on confidence and imposter syndrome.

“She explained what imposter syndrome is, how it can influence our behaviour, and why so many women experience it.

“We discussed the different types of imposter syndrome, recognising our own patterns and how they can affect the way we see ourselves at work.

“We also explored ways to challenge these thoughts and feel more confident in our abilities.”

Rachael added: “Charlotte gave us some great ideas on how to overcome imposter syndrome. One thing I took away from the Lunch and Learn was the idea of keeping a “brag list.”

“It’s a reminder that we’re all allowed to recognise and celebrate our achievements, rather than constantly feeling like we’re not good enough.

“It was an inspiring day, with plenty of valuable advice and honest conversations. It was fantastic to see everyone growing in confidence throughout the session, while also having the chance to connect, share experiences and catch up with some familiar faces.”

WFNs Lunch and Learn sessions will return in 2027.
