Obituary: Tony Pratley
It is with profound sadness to announce the passing of Tony Pratley, who left us peacefully on 13 September 2026, at the age of 66, after a courageous battle with cancer.
Tony devoted more than 50 years of his life to Pratley & Partners, where his visionary leadership shaped not only the company’s success but also the warm, collaborative culture that so many of us treasure today.
His dedication, wisdom, and kindness made him more than a respected leader – he was a cherished colleague and friend to many who had the privilege of working alongside him.
Tony’s legacy will continue to inspire us, and he will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and the entire Pratley & Partners community.
The family invites friends and colleagues to attend and celebrate Tony’s remarkable life at his funeral service on 10 October at 12:30 at Bentley Crematorium and afterwards at Brentwood Rugby Club.
