New appointment for Alunet

The team at Alunet says it is aiming to drive continual product innovation, with the mission to make its systems and luxury Aluna range the most relevant available on the market to its customers.
As part of this quest, it is actively recruiting the best people to accelerate its plans, introducing the newest member of the senior leadership team and a leading voice in the fenestration industry, Chris Armes.
Chris joined the Alunet team last month as Technical & New Product Development Director, bringing with him a vast wealth of knowledge and experience in product innovation, design, and development. Chris will lead Alunet’s technical teams as they excitingly evolve its entire Aluna family of luxury aluminium systems, engineering value into every product line and adding more luxury into every bar of durable aluminium provided.
Phil Rotheram, Group Commercial Director of Alunet Systems said: “Chris is an incredible addition to our fast-evolving team. He is an award-winning designer and brings more than 20 years’ experience from the fenestration industry. Chris helped build one of the countries market leading PVC-U brands and was an integral part of transforming that business from an entrepreneurial environment to a high performing corporate business, we are incredibly excited to welcome him onboard. Chris is also a trained toolmaker with many layers of experience installing, exhibiting, and selling within the industry. This multi-faceted skillset led to Chris being awarded the Queens Award for Innovation for the Liniar ModLok Bi-Fold design!
“Chris, alongside his leadership colleagues will spearhead development to ensure that Aluna continues to perform against any changes or revisions in any upcoming legislation or regulation.
“Chris brings with him a fresh, new, and modern mindset to our market-leading Aluna brand, and his outside the box thinking is already positively impacting our business.”
He concluded: “Having invested heavily in our people, acquiring the right talent and upskilling existing staff to be the best, Alunet now seek to improve their market position by championing service and beating competition. Integrating our people to meet our customers’ growth ambition will encourage best practice, helping our partnerships to win in our respective markets. Our ambition is to be the leading authority and innovator for sustainable construction, but our priority will always be focused on our valued customers!”
