Jonny Campbell’s Sponsorship Story with APS

Aluminium and Plastics Systems (APS) has once again stepped up to the plate by sponsoring local motorcycle rider Jonny Campbell.
Jonny, from Lisburn in Northern Ireland, approached APS to sponsor him earlier this year, and the company was impressed by his dedication and success so far.
Jonny began racing at just two and a half years old, when his father introduced him to a mini moto.
With stabilisers fitted, Jonny jumped on and never looked back. By age five, he was already making waves, winning the Irish Mini Moto Junior Novice Championship in his first season.
Over the next seven years, Jonny dominated the mini moto and 50cc minibike classes, amassing nine Irish titles and notching victories at British junior level.
At 12, he moved into senior racing with an Aprilia 125cc, winning the Irish championship before stepping up to the Junior Supersport 300cc class, where he claimed two more titles and several top 10 British Superbike finishes.
His rise continued through the Moto3 class on a Honda 125GP and then into the 600cc Superstock category, where he secured multiple wins. By 18, Jonny had advanced to the Superstock Superbike class and, in 2024, became the second-youngest rider ever to win the Ulster Superbike Championship.
Now 19, he’s racing a BMW M1000RR in the 2025 season.
While this year has brought new challenges, Jonny remains focused on defending his title and chasing even greater success, all with the support of APS.
