MacGregor Recruitment have a great opportunity for an experienced Sales Order Processor to join a manufacturer and supplier of pvcu windows and doors to trade based in the Antrim area.

Order Processor role: 

• Joining a small team you will ensure that the customers quotations and orders are processed accurately and on time
• Responding to enquiries, providing product information and generating window and door quotations using a Window Designer type system
• Querying and checking specifications and details as required
• Process orders for goods to be manufactured
• Liaise with internal teams and suppliers as required and updating the customer, providing a high quality customer experience!

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience of order processing windows and/or doors is essential
• Experience of using a window designer / business micros system or similar system is essential
• A methodical approach, high accuracy and excellent attention to detail skills in order to minimise any errors
• A great team player with a positive approach and great people and communication skills

Salary: 

• Salary £35k
• Working times are 08.00-17.00 Monday to Thursday and 08.00 – 13.30 on Fridays
