Sales Order Processor 

Stoke – 28-34k DOE 

MacGregor Recruitment have a great opporutnity for an experienced Order Processor to join a manufacturer and supplier of pvcu and aluminium windows and doors to trade based in Stoke.

Sales Order Processor role: 

• As part of the order processing team this is an office based role where you will support your customers by responding to enquiries and providing quotations
• You’ll accuratley process window quotations and orders using a Window Designer system, checking specifications and details as required
• Chase up quotes, confirm orders and take payments
• Liaise with internal teams and suppliers and customers providing updates and prices as required
• Providing a high quality customer service!

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience of order processing windows and/or doors is essential
• Familiarity with Window Designer or similar is highly advantageous
• A methodical approach, with excellent attention to detail to minimise any errors
• A great team player with a positive approach and great people and communication skills

Salary: 

• Salary band is £28-34k depending on skills & experience
• 28 days annual leave, including statutory
