Trade Branch Manager 

Southampton – £excellent (Neg.)

MacGregor Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of an established multi site business that supplies a wide range of windows & doors to trade, and who have a great opportunity for a Branch Manager to join and lead the operations and development of their trade branch based in Southampton.

Branch Manager role:

• To lead the day to day operations of a the trade branch
• Building great relationships with customers, ensuring that they receive a great customer experience every time
• Leading a small team, ensuring the smooth running of the branch
• A hands on role where as a team you will process window quotes & orders, take payments, make calls to chase up quotes, arrange collections / deliveries, and help with goods in/out as required
• Supporting and developing your team, training and coaching as required to ensure that the branch operations and budgets are achieved
• Opening, closing, banking

Skills & Experience:

• Experience of the window and door trade supply sector and window quoting experience is essential
• People management / supervisory experience
• Great people and communication skills – the ability to build and develop great customer and colleague relationships
• The successful candidate will be organised, customer centric, proactive in approach, and have the commerciality and sales flair to spot and develop commercial opportunities
• Driving Licence
