We are pleased to be recruiting for a Branch Assistant / Trade Sales Assistant on behalf of our client, who are an established and successful multi branch UK supplier of windows and doors to trade based in the Greater Manchester / Bolton area. This is a new opportunity due to business growth.

The role:

• Reporting to the Branch Manager and as part of a small team you will help to continue the growth of the branch through delivering a great service
• Dealing with customers, answering enquiries, taking payments and arranging deliveries
• Some outbound B2B telephone calls to existing and potential businesses
• You will also be trained to process window & door quotations and orders using a window design system
• Support with branch administration and updating customers as required

 

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience within the window and door trade suppoly / trade counter sector is essential
• Experience of sales is an advantage
• A customer service approach and great communication and people skills – the ability to easily develop rapport with customers
• A proactive team approach
• IT confident and willing and able to learn new products and systems

 

The Package:

• Salary of £27k
• Monthly branch bonus scheme – pays up to £750 a month depending on branch sales performance to target
• 5 weeks holiday plus statutory (33 days in total)
• Monday to Friday working – no evenings or saturday working!
