Telesales
MacGregor Recruitment are specialist recruiters for the UK fenestration sector. We are recruiting for a Telesales Representative on behalf of out client, an established manufacturer and supplier of windows and doors to trade.
The role:
- Working closely with external sales force and sales director you will help the business to develop sales opportunities
- Responding to leads, lapsed customers and new customer data you will identify and proactively contact potential trade customers (not residential housholds) by email and outbound telephone calls
- Follow up calls on email campaigns sent out by the Marketing team
- Contacting existing customers to generate further business opportunities and increase the product range being supplied
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience gained within the window and door sector is highly desirable
- Experience of B2B selling, telesales / outbound calling and new business generation is essential
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, telephone and rapport building skills, and enjoy sales
- Good administration & IT skills, and a high level of attention to detail
- The suitable candidate should enjoy working within a fast-paced office.
- Specific experience of using Business Micro and or Window Designer or similar software systems would be highly advantageous
Package
- Basic salary of £28k / OTE £30k
- The role is an office-based role onsite in the Mansfield area, working 08.30-17.00 Monday to Thursday, and 8.30-16.30pm Friday
