The Role

The role involves:
Pre-Sales Support: Providing technical guidance and educating clients about our products.
Proposal Development: Analysing client specifications and drawings, preparing detailed proposals and quotations.
Client Communication: Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and negotiating contracts.
Technical Expertise: Interpreting technical drawings, identifying suitable solutions, and ensuring project feasibility.
Organisation and Initiative: Managing your workload eectively, prioritizing tasks, and taking initiative to drive sales.
Complying with all relevant Company Health, Safety and Environmental Policies and appropriate Risk Assessments.
Preparing tenders, proposals, and quotations.
Organising sales visits.
Analysing costs and sales.
Other duties and responsibilities:
Leadership: Mentor and coach junior sales team members, sharing expertise and best practices.
Technical Expertise: Provide in-depth technical product knowledge and support to sales team, acting as a trusted advisor.
CRM & Admin: Demonstrate consistent, accurate, and timely data entry, adherence to processes, and eective use of CRM features.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Accurately forecast sales, track key metrics, and provide regular feedback on sales performance.
Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats to share with the rest of the team.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers at all levels, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
