Role Responsibilities:

• Providing expert technical advice and consultancy to a wide range of industry stakeholders.
• Responding to technical enquiries via helplines, site visits, and formal reports.
• Acting as a technical representative in high-profile industry meetings, regulatory bodies, and government forums.
• Supporting technical groups and committees, including preparing agendas and minutes.
• Promoting member engagement through events, networking, and regional support activities.
• Drafting technical articles and delivering expert content at trade shows and industry events.

Candidate skills & experience:

• 5+ years’ experience in the glass and glazing industry
• Strong knowledge of fenestration glass products, testing processes, technical standards, and relevant regulations.
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• A proactive, solution-focused mindset with a strong customer-service approach.
• Confidence representing technical interests in public or committee settings.
• Strong ability to use computer systems
