Sales Project Manager

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, manage, and track quotations for newbuild and large-scale residential projects using Business Micros Evolution or equivalent software.
  • Work with developers, builders, and installers to interpret architectural drawings, technical specifications and project details.
  • Maintain ownership of the quotation process through to order confirmation and support the sales team in converting enquiries to confirmed orders.
  • Act as the central point of contact between external stakeholders and internal departments.
  • Manage project timelines and communicate clearly across all parties to ensure smooth progression from quote to manufacture.
  • Ensure all project details are accurately documented and shared across relevant teams within CRM and internal tracking systems.
  • Quickly identify potential risks, delays, or changes, and coordinate with the appropriate departments to put solutions in place.
  • Support customers with product information, sample requests, and relevant documentation when required.
  • Support the Sales Team in maintaining strong long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Ensure that customer expectations are effectively managed and exceeded wherever possible.
  • Report on key project KPIs, including quotation response times, conversion rates, and project progress.

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong project management and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple live projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and technical documents.
  • Commercially astute with strong numerical and analytical ability.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
