My client are an established manufacturer and supplier of uPVC windows and doors based in the Livingston area.  With new investment my client are expanding and looking to appoint an experienced Order Processor to their team!

The Role:

• Supporting customers you will order process window and door quotations and orders
• Check and interpret order specifications, querying and gathering additional information if required
• Input volume orders into a window design programme
• Liaise with internal teams and management teams and support with administration and customer service as required
• Providing high quality customer service, answering queries and resolving any issues

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience of order processing windows & doors is essential
• Proactive and able to manage own workload
• Methodical approach with excellent attention to detail to minimise errors
• Good people and communication skills, written and verbal

The Package:

• Salary is to £26-32k DOE depending on window order processing experience and skills
• 35 hour working week – 08.00 – 16.30 Monday to Friday
• 31 days annual leave, inclusive of statutory
