Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership: Support the Sales Director in designing and executing a strategic sales roadmap. Mentor junior staff and foster a high-performance sales culture.
  • Account Management: Oversee sales activities, ensuring a results-driven approach that supports revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, expand into new sectors, and pursue partnerships that align with growth vision.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong connections with architects, contractors, and key stakeholdersto secure long-term business growth.
  • Pipeline & Targets: Develop and manage a structured sales pipeline and budget, focusing on high-margin opportunities and increasing conversion rates.
  • Sales Reporting: Analyse and forecast key metrics, providing insights and data-driven recommendations for strategy adjustments.
