We are recruiting on behalf of a growing company in the windows and doors sector for a friendly, organised, and professional Receptionist. This role is key to ensuring smooth office operations, welcoming clients and visitors, and supporting internal teams with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and suppliers
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and enquiries professionally
  • Manage appointment scheduling
  • Assist with general office administration and filing
  • Support internal teams with ad hoc administrative tasks
  • Maintain a tidy and professional reception and office area

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional and friendly demeanour
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
