Receptionist
We are recruiting on behalf of a growing company in the windows and doors sector for a friendly, organised, and professional Receptionist. This role is key to ensuring smooth office operations, welcoming clients and visitors, and supporting internal teams with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and suppliers
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and enquiries professionally
- Manage appointment scheduling
- Assist with general office administration and filing
- Support internal teams with ad hoc administrative tasks
- Maintain a tidy and professional reception and office area
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Professional and friendly demeanour
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
