We are recruiting on behalf of a leading windows and doors specialist for a detail-oriented Order Processor to join their team in Hertfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional Order Processor with strong administrative skills and experience in the fenestration or construction industry. The Order Processor will play a key role in ensuring all customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process customer orders, including dimensions, materials, and special requirements
  • Liaise with internal teams to clarify order details and specifications
  • Ensure all orders are entered correctly into the order management system
  • Coordinate with manufacturing and installation teams to ensure timely production and delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, amendments, and updates
  • Resolve any order discrepancies or issues efficiently and professionally
  • Support the team with general administrative tasks and reporting as required

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in order processing, ideally within the fenestration, glazing, or construction industry
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Computer literate with experience using order management or CRM systems
  • Proactive and solution-focused approach
