Our client manufactures UPVC and Aluminium windows and doors and has been operating for over 20 successful years, building a great reputation within the industry and local area for their quality and service.

The right candidate will have current/recent experience as an Order Processor / Estimator with experience using industry specific software Logikal, experience of also using Business Micros is an added bonus.

The role responsibilities:

• 1st Look at surveys, input ready to be checked and processed
• Getting quotes from suppliers for stock
• Processing orders using when required using industry specific software
• Liaise with customers/clients regarding their orders
• Troubleshooting technical queries and spotting any inconsistencies before they reach production
• Gathering information for quotes for jobs
• Work with finance, sales and installs to achieve different projects
• Manage and assist in raising purchase orders as well as reviewing completeness of job file to ensure all parts are ordered and delivered on time
• Making sure CRM database is kept up to date
• Provide excellent customer service via phone and email

The candidate skills & experience:

• Must have current/recent experience Order Processing windows and doors
• Have experience using software, Logikal and Business Micros
• Experience reading technical drawings such as CAD
• Be able to manage own workload and meet deadlines
• Have excellent communication and customer service skills
• Be a team player and be able to use own initiative
• Excellent attention to detail
• Be computer literate, able to use Microsoft office packages
• Must currently reside in the UK
