We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Fabricator to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling and constructing metal components for our glazing products, ensuring precision and adherence to design specifications. This role requires a keen eye for detail, proficiency with fabrication tools, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to understand project requirements.
• Material Preparation: Select appropriate materials and mark cutting lines on metal surfaces.
• Fabrication: Cut, bend, and shape metal components using tools such as saws, presses, and grinders.
• Assembly: Align and fit parts according to specifications, ensuring all components are properly fitted and secured.
• Welding and Joining: Utilize welding and other joining techniques to assemble components as needed.
• Quality Control: Inspect and test completed products to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards.
• Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on fabrication equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Fabricator or in a similar role within the metal fabrication industry.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
• Skilled in using various fabrication tools and machinery, including saws, presses, grinders, and welding equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
