Key Responsibilities:

• Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for various glazing projects, ensuring all components are accounted for.
• Project Analysis: Review technical drawings, specifications, and requirements to determine material, labor, and time costs.
• Supplier Coordination: Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure cost-effective procurement.
• Risk Assessment: Identify potential project risks and propose value engineering solutions to enhance project viability.
• Bid Preparation: Assist in the development of competitive tenders and proposals, ensuring clarity and compliance with client requirements.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, design, and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Client Engagement: Participate in client meetings to provide technical insights and address any estimation-related queries.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Estimator in the glazing or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of glazing systems, including aluminium windows and doors.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and technical drawings.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
