Nottingham – £30-32k DOE
In our opinion this is a great opportunity for an experienced Assistant Manager / Trade Branch Assistant or a window installer or SOP looking for an opportunity to lead their own branch with a supportive business. Training can be provided.
MacGregor Recruitment are recruiting for a Branch Manager to lead the day to day operations of a trade branch in Nottingham that supplies a wide range of windows, doors and plastics to trade.
The business is an independent company with multiple branches across the Midlands with a great ‘team’ culture! You will be supported by a field sales representative allowing you to focus on your customers and the day to day branch operations.
Branch Manager role:
- A hands on role within a 3 person branch where you will oversee the day to day branch operations
- Building relationships with customers, dealing with enquiries and ensuring that they receive a fantastic customer experience
- Processing window and door quotations and orders, taking payments and arranging deliveries / collections
- Goods in/out, helping customers load their vans and managing the warehouse
- Opening, closing, banking, reporting branch figures
Skills & Experience:
- Specific experience and product knowledge of window & doors is essential
- Previous trade counter supervisory experience is highly desirable but not essential – window fitters and estimators looking for a new career direction will be considered!
- Strong people and communication skills – the ability to build and develop great customer and colleague relationships
- The successful candidate will be organised, customer centric and proactive in approach in approach
- Driving Licence is essential
Package:
- to £32k DOE
- Monday to Friday plus Sat AM on a 2 week rota
