Glazerite celebrates employee milestones

At the start of the year, Glazerite introduced a long service award system into the business. In the first couple of months of 2024, over 30 members of the Glazerite team have already celebrated over 10 years and up to a staggering 38 years in service.

Glazerite has posted videos since the start of the year, highlighting all the employees that have reached significant milestones at the company.

This included Grant Bailey from the Rixon site, who has reached 15 years at the company, Ian Harris and David Neve, both from the East site, who have been with the company for 37 and 38 years respectively.

Gemma Bathurst-Curry, Glazerite Group HR Advisor, said: “We have great people, and we want to reward hard work and loyalty, we have already this year celebrated thirty-six of our people, and we have lots more to come over the rest of the year!”
