‘Empowering’ its customers

From expert guest speakers to interactive workshops and networking opportunities, Everglade Windows’ customers were left feeling empowered to achieve lasting business success following its 16th annual Trade Customer Conference, Empower 24.
Aimed at arming guests with practical insights and innovative solutions on the back of what has been a tumultuous 18 months in the industry, Empower 24 saw a day full of inspiring talks, valuable discussions and a platform for growth.
“We know the past year or so has been difficult for everyone. With political change, rising costs, economic struggle and everything in between, we wanted to use our annual Trade Customer Conference to provide our customers with tools and insight they can use to burst through barriers to not only survive, but thrive,” Jay Patel, Director at Everglade Windows, explains.
The day saw a number of expert guest speakers take to the stage, including Simon Jarman of Clever Bean Accounting, Elton Boocock of Business Pilot and mental health expert, Kenny Mammarella-D’Cruz. Each provided a range of takeaways around AI, automation, a deep dive into knowing your finances, and the importance of mental health.
Jay Patel, Director at Everglade Windows, also shared a range of new products and updates, including its next generation aïr 400SS Minimal Frame Sliding Door, One Collection Triple Track Patio, Vision 7 Commercial Door, aïr 900 Heritage Bifold Door, new VBH product guarantees, as well as Kubu Security locks as standard on all products – all of which keep Everglade Windows customers ahead of the competition.
Interactive workshops were held following the presentations, including a live TECHtalk session by Technical Director Bhavik Dabasia and a marketing bootcamp hosted by Balls2 Marketing.
Several of Everglade Windows’ supplier partners were also in attendance, showcasing their products and services in the Expert Marketplace, including Clever Bean Accounting, Business Pilot, Kubu Smart Security, VBH, Comp Door and Balls2 Marketing.
The usual legendary Everglade Windows’ hospitality was also enjoyed by guests, as well as competitions and prizes throughout the day, including a raffle, which raised £6,200 for its local charity partner, St Luke’s Hospice.
Jay adds: “Overall, the Empower 24 Trade Customer Conference was a massive success, and we want to thank our customers for taking the time to attend. We’ve already received great feedback from them, with many reaching out to our expert partners for further advice.”
