Double promotion joy for Pearl Windows

It’s double the amount of good news at Pearl Windows, with two internal promotions within its management team.
First, Martin Butler has been promoted to Senior Production Manager.
Martin started off as fabricator, working on window sashes, Martin showed his abilities to lead people and motivate staff.
He had moved from section leader to supervisor, before taking on his own factory. He has now become responsible for the smooth running of over 100 people over four fabrication sites.
Martin has been a long-standing member of the team having worked for Pearl for over 21 years.
In his new role, Martin will ensure each department is managed to a high level, with targets and quality levels maintained, and staff training and safety are kept to a high level.
Pearl said this promotion will strengthen the company’s management to help maintain high quality and service levels.
In the second promotion, David Southern has been promoted to Foil Factory Production Manager.
David started working with Pearl more than 20 years ago as a saw man, working at the company’s saw centres, but quickly became section leader before being moved to a junior production manager role. David will now be taking over his own factory.
Pearl said that the promotion of both Martin and David will strengthen the management of the company to help maintain high levels of quality and service.
