Diamond Window Systems and Eurocell mark 25 year partnership

2025 marked a major milestone for Diamond Window Systems, as the family-run business celebrates 25 years of partnership with Eurocell.
Based in Kirkby-in-Ashfield, Diamond Window Systems said it has built its reputation since 1998 on the pillars of quality, value, and customer care – values that reportedly continues to define both the company and its collaboration with Eurocell today.
A Family Business Built on Quality and Commitment
Founded by Richard Lee in January 1998, Diamond Window Systems began as a small family operation with just two people. Today, it has grown into a manufacturer of PVC-U windows, doors, and conservatory roofs for both the trade and DIY markets, employing a team of 20.
“All our fabrication is carried out on-site at our factory in Kirkby-in-Ashfield,” explains Richard Lee, Managing Director. “We’ve always focused on providing trade-quality products and service to both installers and homeowners alike. It’s about giving customers the best of both worlds – professional standards with a personal touch.”
A Partnership Rooted in Trust
Richard’s connection with Eurocell began even before Diamond Window Systems was established. Already familiar with Eurocell’s profiles and commitment to quality, he saw an opportunity to formalise the relationship in 2000, when Diamond Window Systems became an official Eurocell fabricator.
“It felt like the natural fit,” said Richard. “Eurocell understood what we were trying to achieve, a dependable supply chain, consistent product quality, and a partner we could trust. That trust has only deepened over the years.”
Over the decades, the business is said to have weathered industry changes and market challenges, including the pressures of the pandemic, but its partnership with Eurocell has remained a constant, built on shared values and resilience.
A Team That’s Truly Family
Diamond Window Systems says one of its greatest strengths is its people. The close-knit team includes several family members and long-serving colleagues, with some having been part of the business for more than two decades.
“We’ve got team members who’ve been with us 25 or 26 years,” said Richard. “My wife, sister-in-law, and son all work here too. It really is a family operation in every sense.”
“That sense of loyalty and unity has been reportedly key to the company’s longevity. We’ve faced ups and downs, but we’ve always pulled together. That’s what makes it special – we’ve grown by staying steady, reliable, and true to who we are.”
Innovation, Stability, and the Future
In recent years, Diamond Window Systems has invested in new machinery and expanded its manufacturing capabilities under a four-year supply agreement with Eurocell. Looking ahead, the company is exploring opportunities in aluminium fabrication, while maintaining its focus on steady, sustainable growth.
Martin Marsh, The Eurocell Account Manager that has managed the account for the last 12 years, reflected on the long-standing relationship, saying: “Working with Richard and the team at Diamond Window Systems is a pleasure. Their attention to detail, consistency, and family ethos mirror everything Eurocell stands for.
“Twenty-five years is an incredible achievement – it shows what trust and partnership can achieve in our industry.”
Richard added: “Eurocell has always been more than just a supplier to us; they’re a partner. Their support, especially through challenging times, has helped us continue to deliver the quality and service our customers expect.”
Celebrating the Milestone
To mark the occasion, Diamond Window Systems held a celebration event at its Kirkby-in-Ashfield factory, bringing together staff and partners to commemorate 25 years of dedication, teamwork, and shared success.
