CiiLOCK’s AGWA Award Win Highlights Design Excellence

CiiLOCK Engineering has announced that its “Naked Roller” has won an award at the AGWA Design Awards 2025 – State of Victoria.
The “Naked Roller” reportedly stood out to Judges thanks to its smart, forward thinking design. It is part of CiiLOCKs Mother of All Rollers, Sliding Door Roller range, which is said to be known for innovation, smooth performance and reliability. But this product takes it a step further by reflecting CiiLOCK’s commitment to sustainability and finding greener solutions.
Luke Overton, Product Development Manager for CiiLOCK said: “The Naked Roller was designed with a focus on the benefits of reducing Thermal Bridging in High Thermal performance systems as well as reducing overall Carbon in the product by removing the high carbon content components i.e. the stainless steel housing.
“Our Mother of all Rollers technology gives us the flexibility to make these enhancements and continue evolving our designs to meet the changing needs of the industry.”
Winners of the AGWA Design Awards were selected by an independent body of Judges, and a product has to meet high standards in order to stand out from all the other entries.
The “Most Innovative Component” Award recognises products that distinctly take into account growing issues in today’s market, such as, Solar, Thermal, Noise, Security, Aesthetics, Ergonomics and Environmental factors.
CiiLOCKs Naked Roller met, and exceeded, the standards the Judges were looking for, a testament to their teams hard work.
With the State win under their belt, the Naked Roller is now a finalist in the National AGWA Design Awards.
Katie Wilson, Marketing Specialist for CiiLOCK concluded: “We are very proud of this achievement and hopeful to bring home the National Title!”
