Hayley Charlesworth, Founder of PiGs’ Charity of the Year Harry’s Pals, has been recognised for her outstanding dedication to supporting families, being named a finalist and winning a Silver Award at the Best Businesswoman Awards under the Best Businesswoman for Charity category.

At the Gala Awards night, Hayley was presented with a well-deserved Silver Award, celebrating her tireless efforts, compassion, and the lasting impact she has made since founding the charity after her son Harry was born with significant brain damage in 2015.

Hayley was one of seven charities from across the country were invited to attend the event.

Harry’s Pals was created to provide crucial emotional support to parents facing the life-changing news that their child has a severe illness or disability.

Hayley said: “It was a real honour for to be awarded silver within the Charity Champion Businesswomen of the Year award.

“The event was a great opportunity to showcase the wonderful work of the charity and it was a very proud moment for us to have our efforts over the past few years and the difference we are making acknowledged.”
