ISEO, a leading global manufacturer of high-security cylinders, multipoint locks, panic hardware and smart access solutions, has confirmed its participation at FIT Show 2027 – marking a significant step in the brand’s UK market expansion.

With more than 30 years’ presence in the UK and a direct sales team now firmly established over the past 3 years, ISEO sees FIT Show 2027 as a pivotal moment to step forward as a direct, long-term OEM partner for door manufacturers – moving beyond distribution to become the integrated hardware solution of choice for PVC, aluminium and security-focused OEMs.

Already established as a trusted name in panic hardware, locks and cylinders, ISEO has significantly strengthened its presence over the past three years with a dedicated UK sales operation and a sharper focus on door manufacturers and aluminium, system companies. FIT Show 2027 will act as a key platform to accelerate that growth, with clear objectives around OEM lead generation, showcasing new mechanical and smart products, and reinforcing ISEO’s reputation for quality, availability and support.

At FIT Show 2027, ISEO will present a working door demo that brings together its latest multipoint lock technology, three‑star cylinder solutions and a flexible smart access ecosystem. The stand will be designed to give visitors a true “hands‑on” experience – from feeling the mechanical performance of the new 2027 multipoint lock through to testing app‑driven access, smart handles and connected security features on the same door.

“Our goal for FIT Show 2027 is very clear – we want PVC and aluminium, composite and timber door manufacturers, OEMs and fabricators to see the full breadth of what ISEO can offer as a group,” said Adam Wearing, ISEO UKI & North America – Trade & OEM Sales Manager. “Many in the UK know us for cylinders and hardware; fewer realise that we also bring advanced multipoint locking and smart access control solutions to the table, backed by strong stock availability and a committed local team. FIT Show is the ideal place to change that perception and start new conversations.”

The stand will be targeted primarily at OEM door manufacturers, PVC, Composite, timber and aluminium door system companies, and integrated security manufacturers and specifiers who influence hardware and access decisions. ISEO will focus on helping these visitors:

Simplify their hardware and access control procurement by working with a single, trusted group supplier.

Upgrade from basic mechanical locking to integrated systems that combine three‑star cylinders, panic hardware and smart access under one brand.

De‑risk specifications with products that meet stringent performance and security expectations, including Secured by Design‑aligned solutions and GAI‑driven best practice.

“ISEO is exactly the type of brand we’re excited to welcome to FIT Show 2027,” said Nickie West, Event Director, FIT Show. “They combine decades of experience with a renewed UK focus on OEM partnerships, smart access and high‑performance locking. Their door demo will give visitors a tangible way to explore both mechanical and connected solutions in one place, and we’re delighted that they’ve chosen FIT Show as the platform to drive their next phase of UK growth.”

Quickslide has officially signed up for FIT Show 2027, kicking off preparations a year before the doors open.

And if the company’s previous appearances are anything to go by, visitors can expect far more than just windows on display.

Returning to a prominent open four-sided stand at J50, the Yorkshire-based sash window manufacturer is promising another high-energy, interactive experience packed with the latest developments to its award-winning Legacy sliding sash window range, alongside practical sales and marketing tools that can help installers win more business.

Known for creating some of the busiest stands at FIT Show, Quickslide is once again planning an experience that combines innovation, customer engagement, and plenty of fun.

“We want our stand to feel like Quickslide – open, welcoming, full of energy and somewhere people genuinely enjoy spending time,” said Sandra Berg, Marketing Manager at Quickslide.

“FIT Show is a great opportunity to catch up with customers, share ideas and showcase what’s next. We’re continually evolving our Legacy range and investing in the features, finishes and innovations that give installers more reasons to choose Quickslide. Visitors to FIT Show 2027 will be among the first to see some of those developments.”

Visitors to the stand will be able to explore the latest developments across the Legacy range, including Legacy Protect, developed in partnership with Kubu Smart Security, Legacy Premier, Quickslide’s premium heritage package, as well as recent enhancements such as the new Chalk White finish and concealed head vent option.

Combined, these developments form part of Quickslide’s ongoing investment in the Legacy range, helping installers stay ahead of changing homeowner expectations.

And according to Quickslide, there’s still plenty more to come.

“We’ve got another year before the show opens, and we’re not done yet,” added Sandra. “We’re always looking at ways to improve our products, strengthen our offering and make life easier for installers, so visitors can expect a few more surprises between now and FIT Show 2027.”

Quickslide has built a reputation for creating engaging and memorable FIT Show experiences, an approach that helped it attract the highest number of visitors at the previous show.

Nickie West, Event Director at FIT Show, welcomed Quickslide’s return for 2027. “It’s fantastic to see Quickslide committing a year in advance and bringing that same enthusiasm and creativity back to FIT Show,” she said. “When businesses get behind the event, it creates the buzz, atmosphere and engagement that make FIT Show special.”

She added: “I believe Quickslide was one of the very first companies, if not the very first, to sign up to the original FIT Show, so it’s brilliant to see that relationship continuing over a decade later. They always bring something different, something entertaining and something people remember.”

To mark the announcement, Quickslide has released a new social media video teasing its FIT Show 2027 plans, continuing the fun, people-focused approach to marketing that the company has become known for across the industry. The video also features a special guest appearance from FIT Show Commercial Manager, Rik Henderson.

With twelve months still to go, Quickslide says visitors can expect more reveals, more surprises and more reasons to catch them at FIT Show 2027.

One thing’s for sure – this won’t be a stand to miss.

Forel, the Italian glass processing machinery specialist, will return to FIT Show 2027 after a highly successful debut in 2025, having more than tripled its stand space and secured a frontline position for the next event.

Taking place from 18 – 20 May at the NEC, Birmingham, FIT Show is the UK’s only dedicated fabricator and installer trade show, bringing together manufacturers, installers, fabricators, specifiers and industry professionals under one roof. For businesses like Forel, it provides a highly targeted platform to showcase innovation, meet customers face-to-face and drive meaningful commercial conversations with the sector.

Forel’s expanded presence for 2027 reflects the strong response to its FIT Show 2025 debut, where it launched its triple thin concept for manufacturing a triple IGU using a 1.0mm inner glass pane. The launch generated significant interest from IGU manufacturers, processors and systems houses, helping position Forel at the centre of conversations about performance, efficiency and future-proofing in the glass sector.

The more than tripled stand space for 2027 mirrors that innovation-led message and underlines the scale of Forel’s ambition for the next show. With a significantly larger footprint and a prominent frontline location, the company will be able to maximise the impact of its participation and showcase its latest machinery innovations to an even broader audience.

Forel will utilise FIT Show 2027 to showcase its latest machinery innovations, reconnect with customers and continue conversations that began at FIT Show 2025 around the future of high-performance glass processing.

As the market continues to move toward higher thermal performance standards, FIT Show remains a vital meeting place for the industry, offering businesses the opportunity to discover new technologies, understand market developments and build relationships that support long-term growth.

Brian McDonald, Forel UK & Ireland CEO, said: “We see FIT Show as the premium event for the UK and Ireland glass and fenestration industry. Our 2025 presence gave us the springboard to introduce triple thin and start meaningful conversations about what the market needs next. In 2027, we want to build on that momentum, demonstrate our latest technology live and show how Forel continues to deliver practical innovation with real commercial value.”

“Forel’s journey is a great example of how FIT Show helps businesses turn innovation into industry conversation,” adds Nickie West, FIT Show event director. “Their return in 2027, alongside their 50-year celebrations, shows the value of using the show not just to exhibit, but to build momentum, strengthen relationships and shape what comes next for the sector.”

Alongside the exhibition floor, FIT Show’s Learning Program will explore key issues affecting the industry, including thermal regulations, compliance, product performance and emerging market trends, offering practical insight for visitors across the supply chain.

Forel, which was founded in 1976, will begin its 50-year celebrations this May. The business continues to design and manufacture flat glass and insulating glass processing solutions entirely in-house from its headquarters in Vallio di Roncade, Italy, and serves customers in more than 70 countries.

With 280 employees, four foreign subsidiaries and 33 active proprietary patents, Forel remains focused on combining industrial continuity with ongoing innovation and international growth.

Further details on Forel’s FIT Show 2027 presence will be announced in due course.

EVA CRM, the newly launched CRM business developed in-house by the Emplas group, will make its debut at FIT Show 2027, the UK’s only dedicated fabricator and installer tradeshow, taking place at the NEC, Birmingham, from 18 – 20 May, 2027.

Using FIT Show as a launchpad, EVA CRM will introduce its platform to a wider market of fabricators, installers and related trade businesses, while building on the success of the system already developed and used within the wider Emplas business.

Developed over the last 24 months by an in-house IT team, EVA CRM has been created to support different business models and offer a more flexible approach to customer relationship management. The platform is designed to integrate directly with manufacturers, pulling data into the CRM through API links and helping businesses streamline operations, improve accuracy and support growth.

Importantly, EVA CRM has been established as a separate brand and business, distinct from Emplas, allowing it to develop its own market identity while still drawing on the experience and technical capability behind its creation.

The brand recently launched its new website, www.evacrm.co.uk, marking another key step in its go-to-market strategy as it prepares to build awareness ahead of FIT Show 2027 and beyond.

Headed up by Jo Savant, EVA CRM will utilise FIT Show 2027 as an opportunity to introduce EVA CRM properly to the market and connect with a broader audience of fabricators, installers, doors and windows businesses and wider trade partners.

Jo-Anne Savant said: “FIT Show gives us the ideal platform to launch EVA CRM to the market in a meaningful way. We’ve built the system carefully over the last 24 months and we see the show as a great opportunity to open up those conversations, demonstrate how it works in practice and show how it can support business growth.”

Nickie West, FIT Show event director, added: “It’s always exciting to welcome new brands to FIT Show, especially those using the event as a launchpad for growth. EVA CRM is a great addition to the show because it brings something new and relevant for visitors who are looking for smarter, more efficient ways to run their businesses. Its debut reflects the kind of innovation and ambition that makes FIT Show an essential meeting place for the industry.”

EVA CRM’s presence at FIT Show 2027 will support the business as it continues to move towards wider market visibility and a broader commercial rollout.

Further details on the company’s FIT Show 2027 plans will be announced in due course.

Business Pilot will be demonstrating how its CRM software can help installers maximise margin and improve customer experience at FIT Show 2027 – despite challenging market conditions.

Rising energy costs, economic uncertainty and a squeeze on household incomes because of the conflict in the Middle East is making business hard won across home improvement and commercial sectors.

At the same time, many installers are struggling to understand how to adapt their businesses to take advantage of the revolution in how we use technology, particularly AI.

Business Pilot will support customers in navigating both, with what will be its biggest ever presence, at the FIT Show, which will be held at the NEC, Birmingham 18-20 May 2027.

“We’re taking a different approach next year”, explained Elton Boocock, Managing Director, Business Pillot.

“We’re delivering lots of individual innovations between now and then, but we’re choosing to focus on the bigger picture of what challenges do installers face today in a very difficult market – and how can they get past them, to lower overheads, drive efficiencies and deliver better service all at once.

“Business Pilot, the integration of AI tools and other software platforms – they’re part of the solution.

“The market is tough but that makes it a very good time to look at your operation, make adjustments that help you to run your business more efficiently today – and equally as importantly, tomorrow.”

Business Pilot gives installers complete visibility of each and every aspect of their operation from lead through to aftercare and everything in between, including installation scheduling.

It features drag-and-drop capability, links to drawings, specifications and images, site video, supplier orders, cost of install, helicopter and detailed analysis of your profitability, while integrating with a wide range of common platforms including FENSA and CERTASS.

According to figures from Business Pilot, year-on-year, the market is currently down around two per cent on where it was in April 2025.

“Things haven’t fallen away in the first quarter of this year in the sense that I think people thought they might”, Elton continued. “There are a couple of caveats to that.

“The market wasn’t great in 2025, and we still haven’t perhaps quite seen the impact of the US-Iranian conflict, which will start to bite in the summer, at about the same time as the energy price cap goes up and we all pay higher energy bills.

“What it highlights is the importance of getting the discipline in your business right now.

“With the increase in the national minimum wage from last month, employment costs have risen significantly, so making sure that you’re using resource effectively by automating the administrative functions of your business, can deliver potentially big savings.

“Knowing the cost of every installation, what products or fitting teams are costing you in call backs, which products deliver the best margin, are equally important.

“We’ll be providing a road map at the FIT Show next year to navigate the market and technological change to make sure that installers capitalise on opportunities and innovations – and don’t get left behind in a rapidly changing commercial environment.”

Business Pilot will be on Stand K36 in Hall 9.

As part of its ‘Give to Gain’ spotlight on Women in Fenestration, organisers of the FIT Show, pose the questions to Charlotte Hawkes, Founder and Director at Keystone Market Research.

Q: Job title, company, and how long you’ve been in fenestration?

Founder & Director, Keystone Market Research, almost 20 years!

Q: What do you love most about working in the sector?

The people! It’s such a friendly, supportive industry.

Q: The IWD theme for 2026 is Give to Gain – what has the fenestration industry given you that you didn’t expect, personally or professionally?

So much, it took 17 year old me who had no idea what I wanted to do and gave me the opportunity to travel the world, create some brilliant memories, develop my career, a sense of belonging in this community, and ultimately build a business that now gives me the work/life balance to be able to spend lots of time with my young daughter before she goes to school while also feeling like I’m contributing meaningfully to companies throughout the industry with my research.

Q: Who has ‘given to gain’ for you – a woman who opened doors or shared opportunities?

There are so many women in this industry that have inspired and supported me over the years – too many to name. All the wonderful ladies I completed Paddle2Pedal with for GM Fundraising all those years ago deserve special mention though – I think that challenge and spending so much time with such strong amazing women had a profound effect and was a turning point for lots involved.

But I think it’s important to mention, particularly in a, progressively less so but still, male-dominated industry, that it’s the men that have opened doors and shared opportunities to women also that makes a massive difference.

Women’s equality doesn’t change without change from both sides of the spectrum, and I’ve been extremely grateful over the years to have had so many brilliant male & female champions and mentors.

So probably not answering the question properly, but sincerely, I think overall my biggest supporter who has ‘given to gain’ for me was my previous boss Chris Alderson from Edgetech, who gave me the trust, support and experience at a senior level to allow me to grow, and then despite it being the opposite of what he wanted, the confidence to leave the company to set up my current business!

Q: How do you plan to ‘give to gain’ over the coming months – mentoring, knowledge sharing, etc.?

Whether it’s an introduction to a customer I’m working with, a free report to help them understand the market and position themselves or their customers more effectively, or even just to cheer them from the sidelines – I love to support and see other women in our industry be successful and I jump at every opportunity to be part of making that happen.

Q: Describe women in fenestration in one word

As part of its ‘Give to Gain’ spotlight on Women in Fenestration, organisers of the FIT Show, pose the questions to Michelle Wright, Marketing Partner and Strategic Lead at DoBetter.

Q: Job title, company, and how long you’ve been in fenestration

Marketing Partner, Strategic Lead, DoBetter
Time in Fenestration: Over 10 years.

Q: What do you love most about working in the sector?

100% the people. It is a relationship led industry where you can genuinely make an impact. You are not just delivering activity, you are shaping how businesses grow, how they present themselves, and how they build trust with their customers.

What makes that possible is the people behind it. When you genuinely care about the outcome, it creates the opportunity to lead, not just follow.

Q: What has the fenestration industry given you that you did not expect?

An unexpected slightly geeky interest in windows and doors that I did not see coming, and that’s because you cannot help but get drawn in by all the passion. I love the huge role great marketing plays at the heart of it, it’s so influential and everyone recognises that.

Most importantly, it has given me a network of people who have become great friends. Their support, particularly over the past few months has meant more than they probably realise. That sense of community is something I did not expect when coming into double glazing, but it is honestly one of the most valuable things the industry has given me.

Q: Who has “given to gain” for you – a woman who opened doors or shared opportunities?

I would struggle to name just one, as I have been incredibly fortunate to have so many women support me along the way.

If I were to highlight a few, Sarah Ball, Lauren Edwards, Kath Swinglehurst, Karen Lund, Sam Nukey, Sally Gingell, Clare White, Sat Dhillon, Donna Crockatt and Nickie West all amazing women who have had a real impact on my journey.

Q: How do you plan to “give to gain” over the coming months?

I have always been a strong advocate for bringing fresh talent into both marketing and the wider industry. That comes through mentoring, sharing knowledge openly, and ensuring people have visibility for the work they are doing.

That will remain a clear focus as I establish my new venture, where I am actively working with young people to help shape their future. At the same time, through DoBetter, I want to continue raising the standard of marketing across the industry so businesses can grow in the right way.

FIT Show Event Director, Nickie West, is in the hot seat as the one-year countdown to FIT Show 2027 begins. Nickie discusses show momentum, industry regulations, installer insight, international growth and why face-to-face matters now more than ever.

Q: FIT Show is now a year out from the 2027 edition. How would you describe the show’s momentum right now?

We’re in a really strong place. There’s a huge amount of positivity around the show, with exhibitor interest building, new conversations happening all the time and a real sense that the industry sees FIT Show as the place to come together, do business and keep moving forward.

Q: The world, and indeed industry is facing a lot of change, particularly around regulations. How will FIT Show help the market navigate that?

That’s absolutely one of the most important things we can do. There are some big regulatory updates coming through, and FIT Show is the perfect platform to bring those conversations in person and into one place. It’s timely, practical and relevant, and we want the show to help visitors and exhibitors understand what those changes mean in real terms, and how they can be transformed into opportunities.

Exhibiting at FIT Show sends a clear signal to customers and the wider market that your business is stable, strong and ready to do business. In periods of global and economic uncertainty, that message is more valuable than ever.

Q: You’ve also spoken about getting under the skin of the installer. Why is that so important?

Because installers are such a vital part of the supply chain,we need a clear understanding of their business needs, and challenges in order to translate that into solutions on the show floor. FIT Show also needs to speak to housebuilders, developers, specifiers and architects, as well as the wider trade. If we really understand the different needs across the entire audience mix, then we can make the show much more valuable for everyone involved.

Q: How is FIT Show using research to do that?

We’re investing in targeted research to make sure we understand what each part of the audience needs, how they work and what brands need to do to connect with them successfully. It’s about making the show smarter, more relevant and more useful, so every part of the event reflects the real needs of the market and speaks to the people who influence specification and buying decisions.

Q: Why is it so important for brands to keep investing in marketing right now?

Because in a challenging political and economic backdrop, visibility matters more than ever. Brands need to stay connected with customers and with the wider market, and they need to show resilience and stability. There is nothing like face-to-face interaction for building trust, and exhibiting at FIT Show is a powerful way to do that.

Q: What makes FIT Show the right platform for that?

Nothing beats face-to-face. It gives brands the chance to have real conversations, build relationships and demonstrate exactly what they offer. FIT Show is the best platform to do that because it brings the right people together in one place, whether that’s installers, housebuilders, developers, specifiers, architects or other key decision-makers.

Q: What can visitors expect from the show experience in 2027?

We’re continuing to develop features that make the show as relevant and commercially useful as possible. The rebranded Market Place, now The Trade Counter, is a great example of that, and we’re making sure every link in the supply chain is represented. The aim is to create a show that feels complete, connected and valuable for everyone who attends.

Visitors can expect to see the full spectrum of products that make up the fenestration and wider building envelope market, from windows, doors and hardware through to software, technology and machinery. We’re also seeing real growth in areas like outdoor living, which continues to expand, and shading, which is increasingly relevant in the UK because of climate change and the rising need for smarter, more adaptable solutions.

Timber is another area that’s growing in both interest and prominence at FIT Show 2027, reflecting the shift in the market toward more sustainable, high-performance solutions and the opportunity it creates for installers and manufacturers alike.

For installers in particular, FIT Show is a place to explore opportunities to broaden their portfolios and stay competitive in a changing market. Alongside the product showcase, we’ll also have content designed to help visitors drive more profit and run better businesses, because we know the current landscape remains challenging and business owners and leaders need practical ideas, solutions and products they can take away and use, see, develop and see results from in the short and long-term.

Q: How important is the international side of the show?

It’s massive. There are so many untapped brands out there that offer the full spectrum of products and are really excited by the prospect of the UK market. That creates a brilliant opportunity for FIT Show to deliver a truly international showcase and give visitors access to a wider, more diverse range of products and suppliers.

Q: How do you help exhibitors stand out in such a busy marketplace?

By really getting under the skin of what makes them different, and what a successful FIT Show looks like to them. We really take exhibitors on the journey with us, from the moment they sign up to post-show – we’re committed to delivering ROI. We’re also focused on investing in features and in the way we present exhibitors so we can help them connect with the right people at the show. It’s not just about being present, it’s about making sure their story lands with the audience that matters, at every point in the campaign.

Q: FIT Show 2025 was a record-breaking event. What does success look like for 2027?

We want FIT Show 2027 to deliver above and beyond 2025. That means growing the right kind of momentum, continuing to evolve the show in step with the industry and making sure we create an event that really reflects the scale, ambition and resilience of the sector.

FIT Show, the UK’s only dedicated fabricator and installer trade show, returns to the NEC Birmingham from 18 – 20 May, 2027.
