Agenda for PiGs in Belfast takes shape

On Thursday 23 April, PiGs heads to Belfast, and it’s shaping up to be a day full of great people, great conversations, and plenty of opportunities to connect, even before the main networking event takes place from 5pm.
Before the main PiGs event gets underway, PiGs Annual Sponsor, the Glass and Glazing Federation (GGF) is hosting an event for its members, taking place at Malmaison Belfast from 1:30pm to 3:30pm.
Sarah and George from the PiGs team will be there, and it’s open to both existing and prospective GGF members who want to find out more and get involved.
Ann-marie Waugh, Regional Manager for the GGF, said: “Thinking about joining the Glass and Glazing Federation? Or heard the buzz after our Members’ Day? There’s a reason why! With our 50th anniversary coming up next year, now’s the time to get involved. If you’re heading to PiGs on 23rd April, why not start with us? We’d love to see you there.”
Following the GGF regional meeting, it’s over to White’s Tavern where PiGs Belfast properly kicks off.
At 4pm, the second PiGs Talking Shop with Glazpartners event begins. This is the more in-depth, technical hour for those who want to get into the detail, with the chance to speak directly to experts from our some of our sponsors, as well as companies involved in the Glazpartners initiative.
Then from 5pm, it’s the main PiGs networking event itself. Expect the usual relaxed PiGs atmosphere, plenty of familiar faces, and lots of new ones too, all coming together for an evening of proper industry networking in one of Belfast’s best-loved venues.
A huge thank you, as always, goes to our brilliant annual sponsors, along with our event sponsors, whose continued support makes events like this possible.
With strong interest already building and the Irish market buzzing, Belfast is set to be another cracking PiGs get-together.
