Add 25 percent profit in 2025

The Joinery Network rounded up 2024 by sharing its most ambitious plans for members at its new product day, hosted at Woodge Software.

It was a full house at Woodge, a software developed for the joinery sector, while the programme for the day focused on the new products launched in 2024 including the GUTMANN LIGNUM aluclad system, Passivglas vacuum glazing, Lignum entrance doors and Centor screens and blinds.

Since setting up five years ago, The Joinery Network has helped more than 50 members grow sales and profits of their joinery businesses through manufacturing fully compliant Lignum timber windows and doors. Alongside the Lignum products, there’s a comprehensive affiliate programme that brings together additional products, support, and services for members.

Andy Ball, Founder Director of The Joinery Network said: “This has been our most ambitious year to date, and our offering to members is exceptional. I am hugely inspired by what our network members are achieving by using the benefits of The Joinery Network ecosystem. That’s why we have invested in new products and services to help grow profits for members in 2025.

“We can support joinery manufacturing businesses as well as installation businesses with a complete system from sales and marketing to purchasing Lignum products through the network. We demonstrated that the new products and services set up in 2024 together can offer an uplift in profit for members of up to 25 percent, and the members we talked to on the day could see ways they could make more profit in 2025.”

Feedback on the day was very positive. Sean from DGM Joinery in Kings Lynn said: “I am very happy I came along. I picked up a lot of good ideas to go forward, very interesting.”

And Steve from Spittlywood said: “While 2024 hasn’t gone without its challenges, with the new products coming to the table, 2025 is going to be a good year.”

Andy added: “As well as the presentations, there was plenty of time for networking, because we know the value of getting members together is huge. The Joinery Network is designed to give joinery businesses the products and tools they need to make fully compliant Lignum timber windows and doors, more profitably.”
