Frame Fast Charity Golf Day raises £3,175 for Lighthouse

The Frame Fast 2026

64 players took on 18 holes at Breadsall Priory Golf and Country Club on Friday 24 July for Frame Fast UK’s Charity Golf Day, raising £3,175 for construction charity Lighthouse.

The annual event saw the Frame Fast team, customers and partners come together to enjoy a sunny day on the greens, with plenty of additional challenges including: ‘Beat the Pro’, ‘Longest Drive’, ‘Nearest The Pin’, ‘Nearest The Line’ and the Composite Door Challenge.

Using the full-handicap ‘best 2 from 4’ Stableford format, the overall team winners were Martin Ellis, Liam Ellis, Julian Buttons & Dean Overton, who scored an impressive 100 points.

Martin Ellis was also named the individual Stableford winner and was presented with Tarby’s Cup, in memory of Steven Morley – a much-loved friend of the Frame Fast team.

Other winners on the day included James Corden (Longest Drive), Andy Monk (Nearest The Pin and Nearest The Line) and Zak Whittingham (Beat the Pro).

The evening concluded with dinner, the award presentation, a charity raffle, a close-up magician and acoustic covers from local singer Mike Hardy, giving guests a chance to unwind after a day out on the course in the July sunshine.

Nigel Leivers, Managing Director at Frame Fast UK, said: “It was another really fantastic day, and a privilege to welcome customers to join us for a great day of golf, whilst raising vital funds for Lighthouse.

“It couldn’t happen without the support of our generous sponsors, so a big thank you to them and the Frame Fast team for their support with the organisation.”

Eurocell was the main sponsor for the golf day, whilst hole sponsors included: Avantis, Absolute Networks, Carl F Groupco, Cyncly, Direct Colour, DoorCo, Exitex, Glassolutions, Nix Collective, Smart Systems, Subframes UK and VBH.
