Star in the Sty: Lee Marriott

Lee Marriott 2026

To celebrate the people who make PiGs what it is, every fortnight we make someone our ‘Star in the STY’. Our newest star is Lee Marriott of DUN Agency! Find out more about Lee and his love of PiGs below.

Name: Lee Marriott

Company: DUN Agency

Been going to PiGs since:  20+ Years.  I used to attend the OG Pigs events in London when I worked on Glassex.

Back then they were not the spectacle they are today, as there were only attended by the editors and owners of the industry magazines, plus the PR Companies that served our sector.

Favourite PiGs location: I would go with Manchester.

Tipple of choice: Guinness – Those who know me, know it’s always the Guiness!

What’s the best thing about PiGs? The variety of different companies that attend, and it’s always great to see a familiar face of someone you have not seen for a while.

What makes PiGs different from other industry events? PiGs gives you the ability to see customers, industry leaders and potential customers outside their main working environment.

Giving you a great opportunity to build strong relationships with connections that you wouldn’t always see.

Who’s someone you love catching up with at a PiGs event?  Having attended so many PiGs over the years I couldn’t name one person. I just think it’s great opportunity to meet up with your peers who you have not seen for a long while.

Most memorable PiGs moment (either at an event or an event in particular)? I have quite a few to be fair – some that cannot be shared.

However, I do remember we organised a PiGs event one time in Croydon, where the Glassex HQ once was. I also lived in Croydon at the time, and also done my Degree here too, so I knew the area very well.

At around 10/11ish after the event, I took the remaining attendees of the event to my favourite bar – The Black Sheep bar.

Thursday nights were their ‘Rock Nights’ and I have vivid memories or Andy Jones (MD of Edgetech at the time) and Greg Smith of Hegla, necking £1 pints of Snakebite and Black and rocking out on the dancefloor to old school heavy metal 😂

Where in the world would you take PiGs to if you could? Could you imagine a PiGs Benidorm! It would be absolute carnage, but definitely one to remember!

Who should come to the next PiGs event (in one sentence)? Anyone and everyone who is operating within the fenestration sector.

It’s a great opportunity to get a feel for how the industry is doing, make some great connections and ultimate build relationships that turn into friendships.
