Jody Vincent joins Quantum Windows as Managing Director

Quantum Windows has appointed Jody Vincent as its new Managing Director, as part of ambitious growth plans.

The former Emplas Sales Director joins the Corby-based fabricator following an industry career spanning more than 25-years.

This included starting on the factory floor with the Omega Group straight from school, before moving into operations management and sales.

Most significantly this included Emplas, where having joined the business in 2010 as a Sales Manager, he was promoted to National Sales Manager in 2013, before becoming Sales Director in 2020, helping to drive the company’s growth across the trade, commercial and new build sectors.

“To join Quantum as Managing Director, at what is an exciting, if perhaps slightly challenging time for the industry, is a unique opportunity”, Jody said.

“It draws down on my entire career experience from working on the benches, through to heading up sales at Emplas.

“But this isn’t about looking back, it’s about looking forward and applying what I’ve learnt in my career journey to date, to build on the reputation for service and quality at Quantum, and to take that to new customers and markets.

“I’m only a few days in, and I’ve already been impressed by the expertise and culture. It’s genuinely exciting.”

Quantum Windows was acquired by the Arkay Group in 2022, which includes aluminium specialist Arkay Windows.

It’s focus remains firmly on PVC-U fabrication, manufacturing Eurocell and Veka, as well as supply of Arkay’s aluminium offer, including AluK and Cortizo.

Raju Radia, Managing Director of Arkay Group, said Jody’s appointment supported an important new phase of investment and growth in the Corby fabricator.

He said: “I have known Jody for years – as I suspect most of the industry does. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, has fantastic connections, but above all is massively liked by customers and everyone he works with.

“He’s a true gentleman and In our view that carries a very long way in customer relationships.
